  1. I love “Just Breathe, You Are Okay.” I have found this to be true whenever I have felt anxious. Just concentrating on the breath helps to calm you down and feel more balanced.

    1. Thanks Michele. It does help – when I can focus enough to breathe.
      I try and remember that regardless of what is or isn’t – I am okay.
